Closing on financing this week (last minute tips)?!

I'm set to close this week and sign my financial loan package documents. It's not SBA...I ended up going through a non-profit that provides access to funds though a small business growth fund. Looking for any last minute tips anyone has for finalizing these documents and proceeding with my acquisition!
