CMO / GM (San Francisco)

We own a DTC baby brand that has grown from $0 to $12M in revenue in 2 years, profitable, bootstrapped. I want to hire a GM that can grow the business from $15m --> $100m+. You would own the P&L, and be responsible for growth + firefighting as problems arise. Must have = * smart, scrappy, roll sleeves up and figure shit out * willing to commit to a 3 year+ run Nice to have = experience with ecom and/or scaling up paid social (eg. fb ads, google etc.)
