I have a deal under LOI for an industrial distribution company that sells supplies into the factory / machine shop / welding / manufacturing space in Texas. I'd love to connect with anyone in the space as I get diligence kicked off.

Very attractive set up so far with very little customer concentration - only initial red flag is one vendor accounting for ~25% of sales.
