I've been hearing cold calling skills is a must these days for searchers. I have a past coworker who is a class act Cold Calling coach. He provides coaching services all over Silicon Valley for startups as well as Google Cloud, Microsoft Teams, and Nutanix.
He coaches on tone, cadence, emotional health (that's real lol), script development, and relational selling. He can be expensive for enterprises but does one-offs for about $100 an hour.
