I'm wondering what people have found helpful in increasing open/response rates in their cold email outreach with respect to subject lines. I'm aware that this can vary significantly depending on the type of owner, industry, etc., but just curious what people have noticed in their own experience. Thanks!

Hi this is more art than science what I recommend is brainstorming a few and then using a free tool like https://subjectline.com/ that scores your subject line (aim for over 90) and gives you recommendations. My suggestion is to not send all emails with the same subject line you will want to test different subject lines so you can identify which is getting the highest open rate...you are aiming for above 20% open rate. The higher the better. Once you have 20% to 40% open rate you will move on to optimizing your opening line and CTA to get more responses.

Warm up your email before you start sending. Subject line - Test, test, test. All of these responses will work, but who you're targeting all speak and engage differently. Set up a matrix/funnel to track your results and the data will start to speak for itself.
