Cold Outreach: How to Maximize Meeting Rate

I've been searching for 6+ months and trying all sorts of things with my cold outreach campaigns to maximize my meeting rate.

Some of the things I've experimented with are personalizing emails, email subject lines, email structure, including meeting links in emails, email content, LinkedIn messages, cold calling, and the sequence of outreach steps, among other things.

There has been some improvement over time, but not enough. I'm generating 8 to 10 meetings for every 100 leads.

Do you have any tips to improve the meeting rate?

I believe that is a very good meeting rate already, all you have to do is increasing the number of outreach and the number of meetings would be increased.

8-10% meeting rate is very good, unless those leads are already warm (in which case that still could be a decent rate). One tip would be to ensure timing of your emails sent makes sense. I've seen better response rates sending emails Tue-Thu during normal business hours. And if you're using an automated system, make sure it's not following up on weekends or overnight, etc.
