Collateralized financing

I am looking to secure funding to execute a service business that is currently under LOI. Real estate worth $550,000 and $560,000 in prestine trucks/equipment is included in the sale and can be used as collatoral. The value of the hard assets included in the deal is more than the amount of funding that I need. Any recommendations? Thank you
