FWIW- I looked at one represented by Woodbridge International a few months ago. Seller took it off the market, but I expect it will come back.

I really liked that they varied on the types of programs they worked with. For example: there are a lot of firms out there that specialize in MBA admissions, but MBA admissions can offer be tied to macro-economic cycles. This business worked with med school, law school, and other graduate programs and so had a much more diversified customer base.


The best firms have killed content game that gets leads and they have high standards for coaches, who are almost all 1099s in the industry.

Agreed -- The firm I work for in my free time specializes in Public Policy, MBAs, PhDs, and JD programs, so it's pretty ever-green given the year round deadlines for those programs.
