Combining Multiple Businesses on First Buy

I'm attempting to buy customer base and assets from a couple of manufacturing entities where owners are retiring. This is my first buy and the objective is to get the combination up to 500K cash flow to allow for training of next generation. Anyone have experience with 2-3 deals prior to owning a company?

Completely agree. The J-curve is very real and operating a single business of that size will take up the vast majority of your time. You will stretch yourself too thin too soon.
