Comfort Letters on Self-Funded search

Hi all,

My partner and I are conducting a self-funded search and have run into several brokers asking for proof of funds. Given our plan is to finance primary with SBA loans, we don't have committed funds sitting in an account to provide proof of. How have others in this situation approached this, and what options exist to satisfy this request from brokers?
