Commercial electrical contractors with union labor force?

Looking to chat with anyone who has bought or looked at commercial electrical contractors with union electricians. The company I'm looking at does ~$20mm in revenue and $1.2-1.6mm in EBITDA. Also curious on valuations once you get to this EBITDA/revenue range with contractors, is it the typical 3-4x SDE and 4-5x EBITDA?
