Commercial Landscaping

Hi all, I'd love to speak with anyone that has first-hand operating experience in Commercial Landscaping. Specifically, I'd love to learn from you about what things unique to this vertical I should be on the look out for during diligence (i.e. contract terms, employment models / visas, working with municipalities, etc.). Any and all feedback is welcome and appreciated.
