Commercial Painting and Weatherproofing - Experience?

Does anyone have experience in commercial painting? More specifically, routine painting for HOAs and Property Managers, with added weatherproofing services?

Looking to learn more about "Middle of the P&L" dynamics (ideally, for both painting and waterproofing). Best in class material, labor, subcontractor expense rates.
