I'm exploring commercial Real Estate as part of my business plan. I'm only getting acquainted with the world of commercial real estate so it will take a bit for it to make sense as part of a broader portfolio. I'm starting my search in Washington state, I'm using LoopNet, any other recommendations? I don't think I'm at the point to work with a broker.
