Has anyone here acquired a business with a significant portion of its revenue coming through a GSA license? I'm evaluating an add-on acquisition where sizable sales are to government via GSA contract. I'm trying to better understand what happens to that contract as part of an acquisition. How straightforward (or cumbersome) is the transfer/novation process? Any pitfalls, timing considerations, or lessons learned from those who've been through it?
