Comparisons: ZoomInfo vs Grata vs Others?

Hi all. We just recently acquired a firm that uses ZoomInfo for cold outreach. They like the platform because it gives them decision makers in IT roles. During my search I used Grata and found it useful for company owners and CEOs. I don't want to change the way the team functions without doing my homework. For the purposes of reaching heads of IT, does anyone have a recommendation (ZoomInfo, Grata, others)?
