Would buyers and sellers find these types of quotes competitive / be interested? 1. Purchase price $1M - $5M =$25k-$50k (plus disbursements & HST) 2. Purchase price $5M - $10M = $50k-$75k (plus disbursements & HST) 3. Purchase price $10M - $15M = $75k-$100k (plus disbursements & HST)

This looks reasonable to me. To be fair, some bigger firms have a bottom limit for their fees.
