Concrete Business Experience

Anyone have any advice or experience in the concrete space? Pouring and trucking in particular.

A few opportunities have surfaced, but I do not know much about the space.

Any red flags or operations points we should be on the lookout for?

labor availability and cost. There are plenty of jobs, but it is almost impossible to find workers and if you find one, wants a salary of an engineer.

When performing due diligence, I'd consider potential concentration risk and reliance on new construction and development in markets where these activities are expected to slow substantially. Best of luck on your search!
