Hi Paul. As you know, concrete has a ton of uses (pardon the pun). I am selling a concrete pumping business now. Today the market is slow due to office and residential construction slowdown. High interest rates are really hurting new construction. However, a bright spot is the infrastructure largess from Washington coming online now. For residential, I observe more wood replacing concrete up top 5 stores or so. Wood is often cheaper, more flexible and seen as less CO2 intensive. Not sure if this helps you, but it is my experience

Happy to chat! Not sure if I can be helpful - I’m a structural engineer, so love concrete! I did look at one deal a few years back that used (or was trying to use) extruded concrete for building houses … DM or https://calendly.com/abby-ellacap/
