Does anyone know of a private credit firm that provides checks under $100k for equity positions?

^redacted‌ thanks for the tag. Basically in this case the options would be a personal loan to the sponsor or mezz debt subordinated to the senior, which requires senior lender approval. Neither option is likely.

What makes the most sense in these cases in bringing in an equity investor for the $100k, and there are several platforms out there that can help. Robert feel free to ping me at redacted if you want to set a call to discuss.
