CEO Opportunity – Early-Stage Micro Build & Buy Evolving into Long-Term Hold Co

An early-stage micro build-and-buy/long term holdco platform, focused on software, software-enabled services, e-commerce, and related sectors, is continuing to evolve and is considering adding a new C.E.O. to lead the next chapter of growth. The business is opportunistic by design — flexible across geographies and verticals. The role is remote, working with a small existing remote team. Based in the U.S. but may consider candidates in the UK or Europe. This is an ideal fit for someone who has operated within or attempted to build a small acquisition-focused platform and wants to step into a leadership role with an existing foundation to build on. You'd be inheriting a very small portfolio with a small amount of revenue, a small amount of available capital, a good execution team, and a pathway to raising capital through partners already in discussion. The role includes a base salary and generous equity. Ideal Candidates: A hands-on leader with a finance background who is comfortable operating across regulated environments and has direct experience raising capital and/or managing investors/investor communications. Candidates who have run a small build-and-buy, are currently searching, or have been working toward launching their own platform would be a strong fit.
