Connecting with ETA Clubs Nationwide (Self-Funded Case Study)

I’ve been teaching a self-funded ETA acquisition case study at a few MBA programs (Johnson, Booth, and Kellogg) and am looking to connect with more ETA clubs across the country. The session walks through a real acquisition end-to-end: sourcing, underwriting, SBA financing, closing, and operating year one. What worked, what broke, and what I would do differently. If you’re involved with an ETA or entrepreneurship club and are interested in hosting a practical, operator-focused session, happy to connect. Open to virtual or in-person depending on location. Feel free to comment or DM.

Hi ^redacted‌ - pleasure to meet a fellow Cornell alumni. We have a lot experience financing various companies via the SBA, which would be very useful for your ETA Club and your members. If you or your club members ever need help reviewing a deal, I am happy to help. We work with all the major SBA lenders. The bank pay us after your loan closes, so this is a 100% free service for you. You can email me directly at redacted or schedule a meeting with me: https://cal.com/francodeguzman/30min. Look forward to chatting!
