Considering small PE vs SBA for strategic acquisition
I own a $2.5M product supplier in the commercial Janitorial space that I purchased for $1M in Nov '24. Now we are purchasing a $10M service provider. I am exploring not going SBA on this deal or perhaps SBA with myself guaranteeing the loan but still raising capital. Combined bottom line is right at $1M. They are both in the same city, have in place leadership teams and I will likely be operating them under the same roof.
