Consulting Engagement Letter Template to Share

I have just been hired for part-time consulting work to make some income while I search. Does anyone have an Engagement Letter template they would share? The services are M&A transaction-related services (diligence and execution). Thanks!

^redacted‌ thanks for the tag. William, looks like you already have plenty of helpful advice. For large counterparties, MSA then SOW are standard. For my services with smaller entities, I combine SOW and contract in one document. If your counter party is large, then they would probably prefer (even mandate) you use their paper(s). By your asking here, I would assume you have an option....if so, I would recommend a single document inclusive of Contract with SOW.
