I know this is slightly off topic for Searchfunder, but while I am waiting until January to go full-time on a traditional search, I picked up a $10M capital raise project for a biotech company with a very promising technology.

Given that a lot of people here may have contacts with Family Offices and High Net Worth Individuals, I thought I'd check to see if anyone knows of either that may invest in that space. Clinical trials have a unique risk profile so it usually takes sophistication in this specific area for investors to be comfortable.
