Hi everyone, I'm curious to know if contingency-based lawyers and accountants are still a thing in the UK.
Are there any firms or professionals out there who operate on this model? Thanks for your insights!

Hi Alvin, I'm sure there are some firms that work on an entirely contingent basis. Typically we consider a transaction and seek to agree a risk sharing approach with clients which will usually include some element of our fees being contingent. Let me know if it would be useful to discuss.
