Hello, What rates are we seeing for conventional and non bank loans with EV below $5? If you are a SBA loan officer or broker please refrain from pushing SBA or expect ^Luke_tatone to delete your reply. Looking for rates as of June/July 2025 or an accurate website to determine current market price. Looking for average/mean rates so industry doesn't matter but, IT Services, no collateral if someone cares. Again all are welcome to answer but SBA pushers/bots need their comments deleted.

I am sorry, but this is not an easy question to answer. Interest rates can be all over the place depending on the type of institution and debt. But I will try to summarize the three. Conventional Bank Financing - If fixed, in the 7.50% to 8.50% range. If variable, usually Prime to Prime plus 1.00%. SBA 7A - If fixed, usually in the high 7% to about 9% range. If variable it can go from Prime to Prime plus 3.00%. We generally are seeing most variable rate deals getting done at Prime plus 1.00% to 2.50%. Non-Bank Lenders - pricing is all over the place, but generally we see rates starting in the 9% to 10% range to the mid-teens. I hope this helps.

Anonymous - we do our best to minimize bots & SPAM on Searchfunder through thoughtful platform design, but its a whack-a-mole problem that require help from our members to flag/report profiles that are not helpful. That said, hopefully ^redacted can either answer this directly or tag someone else who can (Shift 6)! :-)
