Own P&L execution. Translate strategic goals into departmental KPIs; monitor weekly scorecards, address variances, and adjust resources rapidly. Professionalise reporting. Build a monthly management & board pack covering P&L, cash flow, KPIs and strategic initiatives. Cash‑flow optimization. Track and improve ad‑spend ROI, negotiate shipping‑insurance programmes, manage DSO/DPO and inventory turns. Working‑capital stewardship. Right‑size inventory levels, negotiate favourable payment terms, and free up cash for growth. Drive commercial growth. Design quota models, compensation plans and coaching frameworks that keep sales hitting ≥ 90 % of target every month. Vendor management. Negotiate terms, onboard new suppliers, and ensure product‑data quality for 10 000 + SKUs. ERP stewardship. Partner with Odoo consultants on major projects; personally troubleshoot minor workflows to keep the “central nervous system” healthy. Governance & cadence. Run weekly leadership meetings (EOS‑style L10), quarterly off‑sites, and prepare board materials/agenda. Capital‑structure optimization. Model refinancing scenarios, evaluate debt vs. distribution options, and shepherd board‑approved actions to close. Continuous improvement. Map and refine processes across warehouse, customer support, purchasing and finance; champion a data‑driven, Lean mindset. What You’ll Bring 10 + years total leadership experience, including 5 + years in B2B e‑commerce, industrial distribution, or parts supply. Demonstrated ownership of a multi‑function P&L ($20 M–$100 M) and track record of delivering double‑digit growth. Fluency with modern ERP/WMS platforms (Odoo, NetSuite, Acumatica, MS Dynamics—or equivalent) and Shopify or similar e‑commerce engines. Proven ability to design quota & incentive structures and coach sales teams to consistently beat targets. Strong FP&A skills—able to build board‑quality reporting, manage cash flow, model capital‑structure scenarios, and speak the language of lenders. A builder’s mentality: you spot bottlenecks, dive deep, and implement scalable solutions—not just decks and dashboards. Hands‑on leadership style and willingness to be fully on‑site in Miami.
