I am a new operator for a small education business and am looking for some guidance on how to excel at my job. Do you have any books, blogs, youtube channels, coaches, or training programs that you would recommend? Thanks so much!

Jim, sorry I missed this - a few things that I'd point you towards - Keith Rabois' "how to operate" is a great crash course.
