We have agreed to terms with a seller for a deal where a majority of the purchase price will be in the form of seller financing.
As a result, there will be no third party lender involved in the transaction.
We would like to hire someone to help with basic financial due diligence. What is a reasonable amount to expect to spend for this?
We don't need a formal certification of earnings quality, but we would like to pay someone to go through the numbers thoroughly on our behalf in an advisory/consulting capacity.
Thanks in advance!
