Could anyone please help me with a closing checklist that starts from LOI signing and ends at Close of deal? I am looking for a checklist for middle market size deals. I would appreciate any help. Thank you

Most checklists are just a glorified brain dump. What really helps is having your 3 killer buckets lined up: 1. Confirm the Money Moves – Sources and uses, wire instructions, lender terms if there’s any debt. Triple-check who’s getting paid what and when. (Surprisingly, how many deals trip here.) 2. Plug the Risk Holes – That’s your QoE, legal due diligence, reps and warranties. If there’s a skeleton in the closet, this is where it rattles out. 3. Grease the Ops Gears – Org chart. Logins. Payroll handoff. Customer comms. Make sure there’s a plan for Day 1 after the confetti settles.
