CRE professionals — how much time does your team actually spend on deal prep? (analyst/broker perspective wanted)

Hey everyone — I'm a founder building an AI tool specifically for commercial real estate deal workflows and I'd love 10 minutes of your time or even just a quick comment below.
I came from investment banking focused on real estate and watched firsthand how much time analysts and brokers spend manually pulling data, building OMs, and reformatting the same information across documents, platforms, and investor emails before a single deal goes to market.
Before I build further, I want to make sure I'm solving the right problems. A few questions I'd love your honest take on:
Where does your team lose the most time in deal prep? (OM creation, comp research, marketing materials, distribution, something else?)
What tools are you currently using and what's still painfully manual?
If you could automate one thing in your deal workflow tomorrow, what would it be?
Not pitching anything but genuinely trying to understand where the biggest pain is before we go deeper. Happy to share what we're building in return and get your feedback on whether it would actually be useful.
Drop a comment or DM me if you'd prefer to chat. Really appreciate any perspective from people in the trenches.
