Starting my venture into ETA and wondering what others are using to sort out the leads, research, deals, etc. Ease of integration with other applications and deployment to multiple platforms should be key components. I've read the other posts and thinking there might be some updates since their posting. Many thanks!

We use Hubspot because my partner was familiar with it. As someone new to CRM software, I have to say I'm not overly impressed and don't find it particularly intuitive. But that might be due to the nature of my outreach and engagement with sellers vs how other folks work. I've heard fantastic things about Notion, but also that it can take some time to get it working the way you need it (but that it's fantastic after the learning curve).

I use Pipedrive, it does a phenomenal job keeping track of emails. Plus, it is straightforward to set up and use. I can click on a contact and see all the emails between use, all attachments, all meetings, etc. I describe my rationale here https://jordannovgrod.substack.com/p/funnel-management?s=w
