Do you recommend investing in any software/database for Fundraising, Deal sourcing and Due Diligence? Below are some target features, I'd be interested in. • To track all potential investor contact information, meetings, communications, and commitments.
• To collect, classify, and centralize contact information on individuals and companies in an easily searchable format • To capture data on target acquisitions • To automate communications
• To record all communication with each contact (company owners, intermediaries, industry resources, other executives, investors, etc.) • Webform questionnaire to simplify the DD process. DD checklist and place to upload documents.

I would avoid any costs during the fundraising phase. A simple excel tracking tool will do the job for you. In case you still need a CRM, check Pipedrive, as it offers also DocuSign as an integration tool. This is later needed to sign the Investors
