Do you recommend investing in any software/database for Fundraising, Deal sourcing and Due Diligence? Below are some target features, I'd be interested in. • To track all potential investor contact information, meetings, communications, and commitments.
• To collect, classify, and centralize contact information on individuals and companies in an easily searchable format • To capture data on target acquisitions • To automate communications
• To record all communication with each contact (company owners, intermediaries, industry resources, other executives, investors, etc.) • Webform questionnaire to simplify the DD process. DD checklist and place to upload documents.

Feel free to point to share review links or post recommendations.

If you're using Gsuite for email, Copper is a really intuitive and pretty inexpensive CRM that does all of those except maybe the webform (though you can definitely add a checklist). For weforms, I've used Google froms or Typeform (or a landing page builder like Unbounce) and used Zapier to send the info to Copper. Works great. You can also use Zapier to send info from a VOIP telephony service (we use Callrail) if you really want to, so calls and texts get associated to contacts as well.
