What CRM you have been using for your search? 

I saw a video on youtube "how to setup your Hubspot for a search"....but somehow I can't find it anymore. Anyone has similar vidoes/guides?

I recommend Pipedrive. It's easy to setup, cost efficient and you can integrate with several other platforms.
