Cross-border financing options

I'm currently looking at a deal for a Texas-based manufacturer with cross-border operations in Mexico. All customers are US-based with most of the manufacturing ocurring in Mexico. SBA / conventional lending is proving to be tricky because of this. I'm curious if anyone knows of any good resources for financing non-traditional situations like this.
