Hello, Does anyone have experience of finding international SMB acquisition opportunities ? I am currently searching in Scandinavia and has been quite a patient long search (1.5 year+). In the process, I have indeed found interesting companies for investments (minority share) & business collaboration, but haven't yet found a target acquisition. I have been thinking if a move to e.g. US, UK or any other (as part of search) would improve the odds & more/better ETA opportunities?

Expanding the search would definitely increase the number of potential acquisition targets. Not sure if it would increase probability or not. What’s your buy criteria?
