*Cross-border search fund - Pepper*

Hello everyone!
I am Karan, I am based out of India (Delhi) and I am pursuing a cross-border search fund thesis.

The idea is to acquire a stable SME generating $2mm to $5mm in EBITDA, with a consistent 10% EBITDA margin (revenue (in the $20mm to $40mm range). This could be either B2B or B2C but within the fashion & lifestyle segment. The sales HQ is to be based either in the US, UK, or western Europe while the cost center is to be based in Asia (India).

About me - I come from an operations background with over a decade of experience within the fashion & apparel sector.
I am looking to raise the initial search fund ($450k) for the initial search phase and I am looking to connect with previous searchers/search fund investors who can guide me during the early stage of the fund. I definitely need some support on industry analysis and further refining my thesis.
