Not sure how many of you know the Crumbl cookie brand but it has really blown up in past few years and is apparently in 49 states now. Loopnet is advertising a pretty amazing opportunity to own five franchise locations in Orange County, of which it appears they will be the last in the area.

I live within 20 minutes of all the locations so if there is anyone out there who is interested in partnering on it, I can keep an eye on them.

Thanks, ^redacted‌. I agree with ^redacted‌ and ^redacted‌. The brand used to be hot but it seems to be tanking from many angles. I was 5 years at GE Franchise Finance and we wouldn’t have touched a new, fast-growing brand like this.

In franchise, you want a great brand that has been around a long time with a bunch of units. Then be sure to acquire at least 5 units that are already built with stable cash flow and rents under 8%. Happy hunting!

Thanks for the tag ^redacted‌. I don't know Crumbl too well but there were a few available on BizBuySell in Massachusetts which tells me they are not in high demand for resale from within the franchise network. I've heard rumors they have peaked so I wouldn't buy with a high multiple expecting growth. Every time I walk by the one next to our local movie theater it is empty...just one opinion!
