Current IT MSP owners - potential opportunity to team up

I am in the process of acquiring a small IT MSP firm. This will be my very first acquisition. However, the current owners are having a bit of cold feet because I don't have prior experience in ownership or in running IT MSP. They're more comfortable if I team up with someone who currently owns an IT MSP. This can be aredactedownership split.
