What interest rates are folks currently seeing across traditional banks, SBA lenders, mezzanine, and other lending platforms?

Great question. First off, interest rates are moving up and down very quickly these days, so what I post today could be different tomorrow.

Conventional Lenders - typically mid 6% to mid 7% range if fixed for 5 to 10 years. If floating, typically Prime (currently 8.00%) to Prime plus 1.00%.

SBA Lenders - typically floating between 1.50% to 2.75% over Prime. We are seeing most deals getting done in the 1.75% to 2.50% range.

Non-Bank / Private Lenders / Equity Firms - 10% to 16%, some fixed and some variable.

I hope this helps. If you want anything more specific on a deal you are looking at, we would be happy to assist with that. You can ping me here or directly at redacted

i guess it's also prudent to watch how things play out in the current, fast-moving economic environment. I suspect that the Feds response to current economic conditions/employment numbers downward revision could be substantive.
