Customer Health, Expansion/Retention

Hey Everyone, I started my search about two months ago. Previously, I helped B2B Saas startups build, scale, and manage their customer-facing teams (working on retention, expansion, engagement strategies, etc.). The startup I was at grew 15,000%, landed on the Inc. 5,000 list, and my team grew to 35. We worked with SMBs as well as large, publicly traded multinational enterprises.

While I'm searching, it'd be great to put my skillset to work helping other searchers/funds understand customer health and strategies pre/post transaction and explore ways to increase retention/expansion revenues. Send me a note, it'd be great to connect.

^redacted‌ thanks for the tag. ^redacted‌ would be great to connect. Customer retention has definitely been an issue since completing my acquisition last year, but other than a lack of new revenue coming in to replace it, I'm not necessarily convinced that was a bad thing.
