The company accomplishes this goal by collaborating with car dealers to help prospective used car buyers finance a vehicle. RedRock lends money to the borrower and subsequently services the customer over the life of the loan. Without this financing, many of RedRock's customers would not be able to conduct their activities of daily living, such as getting to work or their kids to school. As CxO, you will create scalable processes to support its growth while also developing a sterling reputation for customer experience. You will lead the firm's internal operations with the autonomy to determine the best course of action to ensure your team delivers on its commitments while objectively measuring individual and company performance and improving processes when needed. You will have the resourcefulness to develop thoughtful plans to move the business forward and the autonomy to pursue these goals in partnership with the CEO. Success in this role will enable the CEO to focus on winning new and improving existing channel partnerships while pursuing business model innovations to increase revenue and profits. The CxO will employ many of their business skills, including improving processes, hiring and influencing teammates, servicing our borrowers, and working with channel partners in a customer-centric manner. What types of activities should you expect to take on in this role? Below is a sample of activities in which you will engage: 1. Customer Service Leadership - Manage the loan servicing team, who works with RedRock's borrowers to deliver efficient, timely, and accurate loan payments, account updates, and customer service. 2. Team Leadership – Hiring, training, development, firing, and culture-building within the internal RedRock personnel 3. Scalable Operations Management– develop detailed standard operating procedures, training materials, and tools to enable the team to grow while maintaining the highest quality standards and customer service goals. 4. Consumer Marketing – lead customer communications, education, and marketing for all borrowers and prospective RedRock borrowers 5. Dealer Relations – lead discussions between the sales and financing personnel at dealerships and the internal RedRock underwriting and customer service teams. 6. Dealer Profitability Management – track and manage dealer profitability to deliver target margins. 7. Human Resources – head capacity planning, recruiting, and training efforts along with the employee evaluation processes. 8. Performance Management - Create and update dashboard metrics for performance tracking, holding key stakeholders accountable. 9. Brand Building – work with CEO in rebranding or RedRock to Brightin followed by building the Brightin' brand amongst current and potential dealers and borrowers 10. Thought Partnership - Work directly with RedRock's CEO to define and achieve tactical and strategic priorities, then drive the execution of these goals across the organization. 11. Board Engagement - Compile and present critical operational performance insights from monthly, quarterly and annual performance. 12. Technology Management- Serve as in-house lead for software systems, computing hardware, and the rest of the IT infrastructure while working with the external resources who manage them. 13.
