Cyber insurance

Do you recommend cyber insurance and has anyone used it to recover from a breach? It seems expensive for a non-mandatory insurance.

I've experienced some insurance carriers mandating cybersecurity coverage, and have personally seen it come into effect for a $60K loss. Good reminder for me to go make sure I have it in-place...

You better hope you don't need to activate insurance, if you could get insurance.
