Dallas-Fort Worth - Meetup / Mentor

Hi All,

I'm located in Dallas, TX looking for anyone interested in meeting up over a beer/drink to discuss acquiring a business. I'm especially interested in those who have already acquired a business as I'd love to hear your advice/challenges/feedback.

My search is being conducted via the self-funded route currently. I might be interested in bringing on an investor if the right deal materializes.

My goal: to acquire a business over the next year. I'm not geographically restricted and can move to anywhere in the US for the right deal. Right now, my search is currently focused on businesses with at least $1MM in revenue, >$300M in SDE, and easy to understand business models.

My Brief Background
5 Year Us Army Veteran, BA in Finance/Accounting, Has worked in Commercial Real Estate Private Equity, Business Banking Underwriting/Credit, and most recently in Business Banking Relationship Management/Sales
