In the restaurant industry there are a lot of companies out there selling their services in this area usually over promising and under delivering. However, restaurants keep investing in these businesses because when they finally get it right, it can really be a game changer.

IMO - data analytics conversations have a better ROI in the Venture space. In PE it's still not a conversation that pops up much, especially here in the old continent (Italy especially)
