Quadshift is divesting one of our portfolio companies (Project Velocity). It's a proprietary database marketing platform serving Canadian franchised automotive dealerships. Profitable, OEM-certified, and has been running in maintenance mode for us. The business is non-core, so we're looking for the right operator to take it forward. Quick on us. Quadshift is a Toronto-based holding company. We've done 17 acquisitions across vertical software and tech-enabled services. I came up through the operator side myself (a quasi-searcher path) before we built Quadshift into what it is today, so I have real empathy for what searchers are working on.
