Databases of private companies for proactive outreach

Does anyone have recommendations for databases that store private company info (industry, revenue estimates, etc)? Something similar to Pitchbook or SourceScrub but without the tremendous price tag. Thank you in advance for any insight.

For Canadian businesses, I'm aware of theses: 1. scottsdirectories.com, 2. www.zoominfo.com.

Looks like you're in Canada, so this may not be applicable. But the PPP loan data is free, publicly available, and sortable by NAICS code, ZIP code, loan size, employees reported, etc. Because it's close to universally applied for and received, it's about as good a database as exists for private SMBs.
