Deal almost at closing - Looking for post closing liquidity

I’ve been working on this deal for several months, and the seller and I are nearly finished with everything. We already have both bank pre-approval and FedEx approval in place. With extensive experience in logistics, I plan to manage the business personally on a daily basis. The business is performing exceptionally well, with strong financials and consistent annual growth. It's also poised for further expansion following the integration of FedEx 2.0 in May 2025.
