Deal Found - Passing on to the network - Inland Northwest

As I am actively under DD for a different acquisition, I wanted to share an opportunity for an off market deal that we sourced.

This was sourced through a broker, and I would be more than happy to connect interested parties.

Location - Inland Northwest
Industry - Home Services (Fence installation and Fabrication) - established 12 ish years
Revenue - Appx $3M
Operations team in place
Approximately 20 Employees
SDE - (adjusted and on a 3 yr average - Appx $300k)
Deal Includes Real Estate - valued over 50% of transactionredactedyr amort available)

I always love seeing Searchers sharing deals. If everyone shared the deals they can't do, we'd very quickly have all deals on Searchfunder.
